Dear Parents, Guardians, and Community Members,

I would like to provide an update regarding the principal leadership position for the 2026–2027 school year.

First, I would like to thank the members of our Principal Search Committee for the time, care, and commitment they dedicated to this important process. The committee included representatives from our school community who review candidate applications and participate in interviews. Their goal was to help identify the best leader for our students, staff, and school community.

Following the interview process and committee discussions, Aaron Nason has been recommended as the Interim Principal for the 2026–2027 school year. I will be bringing his name forward to the School Board for consideration and approval at the School Board meeting on June 16.

The selection of a school leader is one of the most important decisions we make as a district. We appreciate the involvement of our committee members and the support of our families and community throughout this process. I will provide additional information following the School Board's decision.
